enrolment process (as re-enrolment is automatic from one term to the next including from one year to the next). Before proceeding, please read these Enrolment Conditions and click "I agree". 1. From the time your child is first enrolled he/she is considered to be enrolled until a cancellation in writing is received in writing at Hotpink Dance Centre’s office. Re-enrollment is automatic from one term to the next including from one year to the next. 2. If you wish your child to cease dance lessons, please ensure that a written cancellation advice arrives at Hotpink Dance Centre’s office a full two weeks prior to the start of term in order to avoid incurring the next term's fees 3. Lessons are to be paid for by the term. A discount of $12/13 is given for payment by the 1st lesson of the term. Lessons missed due to non-attendance must also be paid for. (Children will generally not miss out due to excursions, camps, etc.as we ensure they catch up with any work covered during their absence). 4. Fees for each term are due on the date shown on each invoice as the due date. Overdue accounts may incur account keeping fees on each occasion and are subject to collection by legal means. |
